I’ve always dealt with a lot of tension in my shoulders/head, and I saw Katie while we were on vacation. Her touch is gentle, but magical, and relieved more tension than when I’ve had massages with a very firm touch. She even gave me a couple exercises that I could do at home to help with migraines.

Yesterday I met Katie for the first time. She is not only very kind and grounded but knows what she is doing. I was happily surprised to experience in only 30 minutes massage a huge difference from when I stepped into the door, for the better of course. She used not only some stretching but also myofascial release and she was able to get my hips straight. I'm so happy I found her. I signed up for a package deal and can't wait to go again.

I have been seeing Cara at Balanced massage for about a year now. At this point in my life I would not seek out any other clinic for my needs. The treatment I have received there has been extremely helpful in relieving pain and in healing my knee and elbow.
