I went for my first visit in June. Had a pedicure which was awesome. Also had a gel manicure on my own nails. Less than a week later, gel literally peeled off. I went back yesterday for another mani/pedi. I explained to Anna what happened with my manicure. She said they would try doing it differently and did not charge me for mani. By last night, same thing happened, 2 nails peeled right off. I went back today and they fixed the 2 nails. I got home, and another 2 nails peeled. I am my way to the airport to go on vacation with 2 missing nails polished. Is the peeling a result of my nails or their method? I dont know, but I doubt I'll go back. Anna's Nail Salon and Spa sets themselves apart from the others through their attention to customer service. I have gone to Vi for several years now and she always makes sure I am taken care of. Everyone in the salon is extremely nice and always has a smile on their face making for a relaxing experience - you are greeted by everyone when you arrive and when you leave. They all are constantly learning new designs and techniques which makes it hard to choose what to get! Also, I've never waited at this salon, they're always very accommodating. You never feel rushed there, they always take their time and pay attention to detail. Go check them out!
