Can't thank this place enough!!!
As cpap users know,if your equipment fails ,you have to be an established customer with your prescription from doctor before anybody will even talk to you. I'm a truck driver so when it breaks on the road..your pretty much screwed until you get home.the folks here understood and took action. They got me a new cpap mask and 2 extra was in the bag..so a total of 3 cpap mask..walked in and they said no charge because they have a donated box full of unopened medical supplies

Finally going to get some good sleep 😴 💤

Very happy with Apria in Medford Oregon. They processed my order quickly. A different CPAP arrived then the one I requested. They exchanged it for the CPAP I wanted. Eric sat down with me and explained how to use it and answered all my questions. I'm very pleased and feeling great using the new CPAP. Thank you!

I would give their actual on site technicians 4 and 5 stars.Outside of that, 0-1 star.Don’t answer phone 1 out of 2 times. (50% pick up on phones)I am a patient new to oxygen requirements unexpectedly resulting from surgery, released from a local hospital with whom Apria has a 2 HOUR contract review/completion time. Because there was a wonderful technician who cared, I was able to receive a concentrator that he dropped off on his way HOME in spite of the fact the order had not been worked upon - although the technician was able to confirm by time stamp that it had been received more than 6 hours prior by Apria. In spite of repeated calls to the company, no further action...read full review
