I am thankful for the help and extra care that Signature gave my mother and our family this last 14 months. Toni has always been available any time I had questions or concerns, continuing right up to and after my mom’s passing. I also would like to thank Renee, Leslie, and Kristin, along with Holly who helped me so much with Aftercare. I think there were other people behind the scenes who helped with bed baths and other weekly care and I’d like to thank them as well. This was a very hard time for my family and I and we’re very grateful for all the help and support we received. Thank you so much.

My dad was on Signature Home Care and Hospice. Both divisions were great. I was a Hospice RN Case Manager, so I know that I am very critical of the care that was provided to my dad, and was very happy with the way they handled his medications and symptom management. He had a very difficult disease that can be a struggle to manage symptoms, and they did a great job. He was very peaceful, pain and anxiety free which is every family members wish.

Signature is by far the best hospice service in the rogue valley, with our line of work we have dealt with many hospice services (many good ones out there) but signature is by far our number one recommendation for our clients and their families. Toni and Renee are the sweetest and most helpful RNs in our opinion, the level of care and how personal they approach each patient is close to impossible to beat. Genuine, patient, loving, the list goes on.
