James from Rogue Valley Heating and Air arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained the maintenance he would perform today and because I am in a membership program there is no charge. Wow! What a great program. James not only checked all my electrical plugs, circuit breaker panel , he vacuumed the ceiling fans in my bathrooms and replaced batteries in my smoke alarms. He also recommended an all house surge protector, which I had him install.
