After being without heat for three weeks, Air Express Heating and Air Conditioning had our system diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. Greg and Laron were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, they quickly identified a challenging issue, got everything back online, and clearly explained why it hadn’t been working in the first place. Both of them were professional, patient, and thorough, and the relief of having heat again so quickly cannot be overstated. If we have any additional HVAC issues, they will be my only call. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Rusty came out and did my bi-yearly HVAC servicing, checked my thermostat, changed a filter, and provided a great deal of information about our system and getting the most out of it. Just like the technician who installed the new system in 2024, Rusty was personable, expedient, and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend Air Express. I had to fight my home warranty company (First American), to use Air Express. I wouldn't consider another company.
Laron Delk came out to give us a second opinion on our HVAC system, and we are incredibly grateful for his knowledge and thorough evaluation. He took the time to carefully inspect everything and made sure to accurately find the issue. We truly appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.
