James kept in great communication throughout the process, answered all my questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. They even helped with the insurance claim, which made the whole process so much easier. You can tell they truly care about their customers. Honestly, there’s no one better — I’d recommend them to anyone!

911 restoration is the best! I have been taken advantage of by other restoration companies in the past, but 911 restoration was professional and helpful with my home. Matt did an excellent job of calling me in a timely manner and was able to get my house started right away. They have great craftsmanship and are very attention to detail oriented.This company is a breath of fresh air in the home restoration field, especially in Klamath Falls. I can't praise them enough for taking on that stressful situation for me and putting my mind at ease.

Curtis put us at ease and proved that our home was in good hands. He was patient, personable, and competent. James has gone above and beyond checking in on us. We feel so much more secure knowing there is someone we can reach out to when we need help who does not price gouge for emergency work.
