Not only did Michelle nail it on my hair i had an absolute blast being there. My hair is bipolar and crazy and she did an amazing cut and color for me. She got out my box diy terrible job. She didn't just give me good hair she brought back my identity. Will Definitely go again and again.

A few days ago, I came to Mermaids salon in a very emotional state after having a traumatizing experience at another salon. The staff at Mermaids were so caring and helpful. As I stool there, crying, explaining what happened to me. In walks in the stylist, Travis who took me in and fixed my hair. He listened, he worked with ease and care, he made my hair beautiful. My hair came out amazing! Thank you so much to Travis and to the other mermaid staff for being so welcoming and compassionate.

Today was my first haircut in over three years. I asked for long layers. My hair is pretty long, nearly to my butt and I wanted to keep a lot of length. My stylist, Alisha, listened to my request and asked me questions to follow up to make sure that she knew what I wanted. The attention to detail was perfect. She started me off with a shampoo and a nice scalp massage while my conditioner did its work. I am so pleased with the way my hair turned out. Nice little salon with friendly staff. No pressure sales whatsoever. Will be going back for sure!
