The price was fair. The communication was easy and good. The person who did our carpets was thorough and professional. he did a great job on our carpet and couch. Our only regret is that we did not ask them to use unscented products- the scents were pretty strong and took a couple of days to air out. Would recommend.

Magic Wand is absolutely fabulous at cleaning my carpets. I have almost white carpet (not optimal for beach side town) and it needs a great deal of loving care. Marco and team consistently do an excellent job, removing grime and stains, refreshing the whole house. And they are flexible and reasonable to work with. I could not recommend them more highly.
