My husband has been in construction for over 40 years and is overwhelmed with the professionalism and dedication that Vicente has, starting with the roof, it was poring rain and extremely windy and he showed up with the guys and protected are house, and within days we had a new roof , and fixed all of the siding damage and painted the whole house, we fill so blessed to have a wonderful company that we can depend on, thank you horizon.

A top quality outfit from the initial assessment by Hector to the precise work by Memo and Diego. We had two prefab showers removed and replaced with tiled showers. The work was completed ahead of schedule with no unanticipated costs. And the showers are as beautiful as we imagined. We would definitely hire them again.

On April 2 we had an emergency where our skylight had blown off the roof. Hector came out and did an outstanding job of sealing the skylight back on to the roof. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He is a person that you can trust to do a thorough and complete job on any roof issue. We plan to use him again for other projects.

I was in the process of buying a home in Lincoln City and needed an estimate quickly, twice, while we were negotiating repairs. Louis and Shana were fantastic to work with! Although I couldn't be onsite for the estimates, Louis was willing to call me from the property while he was onsite and offer suggestions on the best practices and options. Although we haven't actually done the work yet, I've found them to be responsive, reliable, flexible, and overall, highly professional.

This is a PSA for anyone that is thinking about getting a quote on repairs while going through the house buying process. I live in Portland but I am buying a house in Lincoln City. Because it is far away a lot of the estimates and quotes I have been getting for some repairs have been handled by my realtor who is local. The support beam in this house needs to be replaced or braced per our house inspection. I called multiple local contractors but Horizon was the only one that answered my phone call or returned calls. Shana was lovely to work with over the phone and very professional. Unfortunately the contractor who came to do the estimate was over 40 minutes late. When he arrived he asked my realtor who she was and when she explained it to him he stated that he didn't like doing estimates for realtors. Because realtors just use estimates for negotiating. Unfortunately I don't get the luxury of negotiating on this purchase because of the current housing market. But I did want to know how much more money I will need when it comes to closing so I can be prepared. Having estimates done before we close will help us get stuff set up and ready before we move in. I was completely planning on using Horizon since, like I said before this was the only company I could get a hold of. As a business owner I know it can be annoying when you feel like someone is wasting your time, but never assume they are. Be kind and courteous because it might just make you your next big sale. We had other things we wanted to do on the property but it seems that the contractor wasn't interested in working with us.

Made an appointment for work at my rental home, which required me to close off booking for that day. On the morning of the work I was told that something came up and they wouldn't be able to make it after all. When I shared that rescheduling due to their last minute cancellation would cost me additional potential rental income, and asked for them to take on some of the cost by reducing their price, they refused.
