If I could leave zero stars I would! My husband has gone in there twice now and the people in there are rude, and disrespectful!! Worst business!! I will never go back, I will drive to Salem before wasting my time with them.

Today we went to the Lincoln City store to buy a faucet to replace our 1 1/2 year one. The salesperson, Becky, convinced us to call Moen because they have a lifetime warranty on their products. A huge shout out to Becky as our parts are on the way and we’ll have a kitchen faucet tomorrow ! Thanks!

6 out of 5 stars -- Thank You - After frozen pipes in 27 degrees the other day--They helped me efficiently and wisely get my H20 back. Dope!Saved me hundreds of dollars.WE can relax NOW at the beach by a nice warm fire after a nice warm shower!

Brian at Lincoln City store is so patient, helpful. He is also a good problem solver. We are in a difficult remodel and he has pushed through some of the tough issues for us. The other staff seems just as committed.Tells me it's a good company. Thanks everyone!5⭐
