After experiencing significant flooding on the ground floor of my home—including the garage, bedroom, bathroom, walk‑in closet, and storage areas — I initially hired Service Master to handle the remediation. They did a wonderful job pulling up wet, soiled carpet and installing wood laminate. The team, led by Matthew, was kind, friendly, and professional. Waiting for the new flooring (shipping) took longer than I hoped for, but it all turned out well. I'm very happy with the job. Highly tecommend.

We were having problems with our vent for our dryer. Christian and crew came out and not only cleared it our for us but made sure that it had been cleared out in surrounding areas of the crawlspace. They may have saved our house from a fire. We are so grateful for their quick, thorough and professional response.
