Resolved my computer issue, the part was ordered and laptop fixed. Price was reasonable and service was outstanding. I will not hesitate to recommend to everyone who needs a computer repaired.

We are from Minnesota and we were treated like next door friends. I would not complain if his price would double as he was great as we brought our computer in without an appointment. We need more people like him in our lives.

I've used Desperate Hard Drive several times over the years, every time the experience has exceeded what I might have expected from a small shop in Lincoln City. Binaya does a great job - explaining, scheduling and his charges are very reasonable, especially when you consider 'desperate' is not just part of his business name. Where can I find a 6th star to click on?
