Ink Rich Tattoo
“Loveeeee! I’ve gotten two tattoos done by Cece now, one flash piece and one custom and I’ve had such a great experience both times. She is so skilled in her art, and you would never guess that she’s newer to tattooing because her work is absolutely gorgeous! She also has the lightest touch, which makes the whole experience even better. Fair pricing, a clean shop, and such a great atmosphere. I’m already hoping to go back sooner rather than later! 🖤”
