Showed up 15 minutes before close (I am the worst) and asked for a quick consultation about getting my conch re-pierced after letting it close during the pandemic. He took the time to actually check it out thoroughly and found it was still open! I had him put in a new stud for me so I wouldn't have to go search for mine and I was out less than 15 minutes later having only been charged for the new jewelry. You just know most places would have booked me an appointment for later having not really looked and probably would have charged me full or partial price at that appointment for a piercing.
