I had several great classes here while traveling in the Portland area. I commend the high quality instruction, peaceful studio, and ample easy parking. I’d definitely return if back in the area.

I've been practicing at Twist on an off for years, but pretty regularly in the past year. The studio is an inviting, laid-back, and comfortable place to practice. All the teachers and other practitioners are friendly and welcoming. I really appreciate that Jennifer created this yoga studio for the community. Lake Oswego is a better place to live because we have this wonderful studio. Thank you!

The community at Twist Yoga is super supportive and makes going to stretch in community something I truly look forward to as a high point of my week. They have a great variety of classes with teachers that are kind, inspirational, and encouraging. After over 20-years of doing yoga on the regular, mostly at home by myself, it's a real treat to be part of a studio where I learn to correct old habits and try out postures I once told myself I could never do. I love that there is a wide range of abilities and strengths; I have yet to feel embarrassed when I need to lean on the wall to pull off a balancing pose.
