Maxem Health Urgent Care Lake Oswego provides prompt and courteous service. Patients are seen quickly, even on Sundays, and the staff is helpful and welcoming. Nurse Practitioner Ally is a great provider that is knowledgeable, fast and helpful, going above and beyond. The facility can be a bit challenging for wheelchair accessibility, but the staff is willing to assist. Patients appreciate the efficient and polite service, feeling listened to and cared for. It is a good go-to for a walk-in clinic with a hugely appreciated virtual visits option for those who are in pain, really sick, or don’t want to infect others. Maxem Health Urgent Care Lake Oswego is a reliable choice for urgent medical needs, providing effective treatment and a positive experience.
Words truly can not express how much I was impressed by Nurse Practitioner Ally & the staff at Maxem. Ally went above & beyond assisting me with an over complicated issue. She reached out to her network to find a solution even after she was on the clock and kept me abreast the entire way. It’s been a long time since I’ve had anyone to go to such lengths to help. You won’t be let down by Maxen Health Urgent Care and the life saver Nurse Practitioner Ally!!
Quick and painless. I popped in on my day off to have someone quickly look at a knee I had banged yesterday. They calmed my worries and were fast and professional. No more overthinking and it was over nice and easy. Would definitely recommend this establishment for anyone with urgent care

Maxem urgent care is a good go-to for a walk-in clinic. I have been seen twice with virtual visits. I am so thankful they have a virtual visits option and can do the video appointment typically day of and get prescribed medicine within the same day. Ally is a great provider that seems knowledgeable, fast and helpful. Their virtual appointment option is hugely appreciated. A virtual option is critical these days - if you are either in pain, really sick & have no energy to go to a clinic, or don’t want to infect others if contagious. It is the way of the future.
