Small club, know lots of people, good equipment kept clean and in good condition, friendly staff -- all of them: what's not to like? I've been a member for several years, and at nearly 90 years old, I'll probably be a member as long as I can keep coming. Five Stars!

I quite like it here-- great and friendly staff and friendly people working out at all hours. Lots of classes that are included with membership, and a few that cost a bit but seem to be top quality.

This is not a meat-head gym! The new LO aquatic and fitness center across town is more that style. This is a place to get a good workout without any sort of showing off.

The E-Gym machines are REMARKABLE. I'm a videogamer and until I started using e-gym, always skipped leg day. It's fun collecting the pac-man dots, and tailored to you.

Decent locker rooms, rentable permanent half-lockers, day-use full-lockers, and showers. There's a steam room but no sauna....read full review

Medium to small size facility with the feel of a private club with state of the art workout equipment plus gym area. Facility is well maintained and impeccably clean. In addition, the staff is not only properly certified but also very caring and friendly. They greet my husband and I by name with a smile, and frequently solicit our opinion regarding our satisfaction level with our membership. We feel fortunate to have this happy place where we can continue to stay active in a very comfortable environment.
