Very happy with the management of this location. We had some minor issues at first and had to bring our car back in. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I understand that mistakes happen, and these guys handled it like professionals.
Best experience I have ever had at a les schwab. These guys were awesome. My truck needed a ton of work done to the front end and I couldn't afford new tires along with it. They found me used tires and got the work done very fast. Javi and Chris are awesome. I would recommend this les schwab over any other branch. Excellent customer service. Excellent work. 10/10
Les Schwab on Washburn Way Klamath Falls, I seen they out a banner up for Oil Changes, being it's a brand new store I thought this might be a good idea.
I have had all 3 of my vehicle's serviced and the Technician named ( Robert ) does this store 110% I highly recommend your asking for him for all your needs.
He also took care of a nail in one of my tires and wiper blades.
The entire staff is on Board to give great Customer Service
