I am just passing through Klamath Falls and had an issue with my passenger side wiper that did not work after I had my windshield replaced about 10 days ago; I called the company that installed it and was told it was "probably" just tge nut needing to be tightened. After I checked, there wasn't any nut, and the rubber cover for it was laying on a shelf, but no nut. So, I went to Lithia Ford since I have a Ford SUV and spoke with Kevin, the service manager, and explained what I needed. He and Don came out with some nuts they thought would work, but none did, or at least not exactly. Kevin could tighten it but only halfway and didn't want to damage the bolt, the only bolt holding the wiper in place; it's a tight squeeze to use only fingers, so Don tried with a socket wrench, so they concluded they would see if they could find the right nut; they came out and had "the" exact nut used when my car was manufactured; they had someone look up the nut size for the year and model and gotit from the parts department. They returned and put the nut in place, and it fit perfectly, and Don tightened it up. They went above and beyond for me today, and I am extremely grateful they were able to help me and be so courteous and willing to make it right. Had to get a new battery after sitting there 2 hers they ask me to come tomorrow so I went across the street to Klamath Subaru they check around got the correct battery installed. It and had me back home. Early, need to mention I have cancer going thrue chem
Second car I've got there great friendly service KEP. Is just a great guy no pushers they just wanted to help me get what I was looking for. Fair and friendly I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to purchase a used car.
