I've been looking for a used car. I started looking at dealership. I saw 2 Subarus. My had just emailed me. One of the teachers said her daughter Ashley works at Toyota. I called and asked for her. I told her what I wanted. She checked, and it was. I asked if all the paperwork could be done before I arrived, she said no problem. She is the nicest ladies. My friend and I arrived did the insurance stuff. We sat and talked until Levi the finance manager, was ready for me. Levi was very nice and fun to work with. I can't say enough about Klamath Falls Toyota! I had been searching for a Grand Highlander Limited. I spoke to dealers from Southern California to Oregon and even have a dealership in Oregon tell me they don't reserve with deposit for people out of state. Then I came across Klamath falls Toyota through their internet sales. Doug Byrum contacted me immediately, asked what I was looking for, down to the very specifics. They didn't have one on the lot, but within a few short hours he located the car I had my heart set on. Worked a trade and I had my dream car within a few weeks! I went in for an oil change on a holiday weekend. Even though it was incredibly busy, they had my vehicle ready to go ahead of the estimated time. Daniel Bridgeman, my go-to Service Advisor, was running an efficient crew from his desk. He is always on the ball, knowledgeable, and helpful each time I go in.
