“We have rentals and our own home. One of the rentals needed practically everything. They replaced the siding from LP to concrete plank. Replaced a fence, refinished oak kitchen and all rooms. “Very happy with my new roof by Five Star Exteriors. We had a few delays due to rain however the roof was 99 percent complete on the first day with only the ridge cap to install and gutters cleaned the next day. Everything was cleaned up when they finished just wish the cost was lower. Other then that the guys were polite and the roof looks great“

Leland came right out, assessed the situation, gave us a quote & got right to work as soon as we accepted it. We live on the Oregon coast so he kept in constant contact with us with schedule updates, work dates & such. Roof was completed in the allotted time frame (even with some unforeseen problem spots), within the budget plus extra adds we approved (again, due to the unforeseen issues) and love how it turned out! Leland has an incredible of knowledge of what he is doing & has a great crew to get the job done. “We were very happy with the re-roofing job that King & King did for us on our two-story 1930s tudor-style house and garage. We have some very steep sections of roof on the house, and they were pros at negotiating those challenges. Their bid was considerably more reasonable than the other bidders and they completed the job on time and cleaned up after themselves.
