Had a 12:15 appt. for a 1st time pedicure. Arrived 10 minutes early. 3 workers, 3 customers being serviced (2 mani, 1 pedi). Didn't seem busy like other places I've visited.Waited 25 minutes to be seated at pedicure station while water being filled. 2 other people came in, seated immediately at pedi station to soak. I had feet in water maybe a minute, if that and started to be worked on. Water bowl kept draining so worker had to keep filling it, fiddle with drain and finally took bowl liner out. Felt I was being rushed. Maybe you get better service if you are a regular, consistent customer, but not really impressed for 1st visit. After paying for service with debit card...read full review

Called on Tuesday needing a Saturday appointment for a pedicure and a full set of acrylics, Phong was able to get me in and I am SO grateful that she did!! The new shop is nice with lots of space. Phong is great, she’s very friendly and makes the experience fun. She did a wonderful job on both my pedicure and my full set, I was amazed at how fast she is!! I cannot recommend this business enough!!

I have always loved coming here, even at their original location. They are now in a bigger space (river rd) and it is BEAUTIFUL! All up to date, brand new pedi chairs, etc. amazingly clean aesthetic. Their work has always been amazing as well. I ALWAYS recommend.
