During the time of Covid 19, I was searching for a small nail salon in Keizer with few chairs. Stellar Nails has just one chair. My daughter recommended this salon. This is a local" Mom and Pop business. Loc, the owner, was there to give me a French Manicure with a black line. Loc did an perfect job. I Enjoyed the conversation with him throughout the hour. Will certainly return to Stellar nails, not just because of few chairs/ safety, but of the quality of his work. When asked if he enjoys nail art, he Said he could do flowers, lines, and a few simple shapes. Should you be in search of a more entailed piece of nail art, it is possible to request Loc wife. Got a great pedicure here. Employees are very friendly and provide excellent service. Prices aren’t bad. My polish lasted longer than usual when I go to other salons. Will definitely return

Shellac polish was applied poorly.. Overcharged for a misleading advertisement of "mermaid polish" that was a top coat, and not actual polish. Shellac began chipping a couple of days after I got my manicure. The tech seemed like she couldn't get me out of the door quick enough, and was annoyed when I told her I didn't like the way my nails looked. Typically shellac will last me two weeks elsewhere, but not here. Not worth the $$$.
