“Had a little blip in the beginning but the optical manager helped me and I was taken care of quickly. My glasses are wonderful and I love them. Eye exam was great and pretty fast. My only comment would be perhaps give your clients/patients a tray to look so if they are going back to dr to look at eyes dilated they do not feel rushed. I could have taken about 30 more minutes to look and feel way more comfortable and not feel rushed but it's all been handled. Or next time I may just pull the person I work with aside and say hey let me take my time and help another person I'll wait and let you know when I'm ready as I have some disabilities (no need to share). I can say my whole family has been seen and gotten glasses from there now. Thanks for making things right and being helpful in solving issues! We will be back.“

Detra, the optician, spent time with me ensuring that my measurements were correct and also did some troubleshooting on the incorrect lenses from Sterling. “Great experience after a awful experience at another clinic I was somewhat traumatized. Dr. Kwong set everything straight in a matter of 2 visits after struggling for 7 months elsewhere. I'm very happy I came here. Everyone was super nice from a guy offering me water to the warmth of the front desk people and Dr. Wong's understanding and patience. The office had to reschedule an appointment and they called like four times to make sure I got the message. AND an actual person called not a text or some weird robo call.“
