Saela will message me (literally) a day AFTER I first see an ant to remind me of when they will arrive to service my place. Before Saela I would have trails of ants to the point that I’d follow the trail to see where they are coming from. After Saela made their first service, weeks went by and realized I had not seen an ant anywhere. NOT a ONE!!I highly recommend Saela to my friends.Services: Home inspection

We chose a service window of 8am-12pm due to family plans. We needed service inside the house due to major ant activity. We had to leave at 12 and still had not heard from the service provider. He showed up without a call at 12:15 and we were already gone. He said he wasn’t aware of a service window. The outside was serviced but now we have to do a reservice to get rid of the ants. Dissappointed.Service: General pest inspection

Were not notified that pest control was coming so did not unlock the back gate - No knock on the door to assess if someone was home, so the backyard area was not treated. Will see if they offer a deduction on charges.Typically, there is good communication from this company and services are complete. We hope this was a "one-off".
