I had the best visit this time. The Dr I saw she was great. I wish we could choose who we see when we go to urgent care as I had bad visits in the past with Dr's who don't have good human interaction skills at this urgentcare. If I could choose it would be the Dr I saw at this visit. She really cared & it showed in everything she did, said & was welling to go above & beyond & because of that she saved my kidneys from further damage as she called me that same evening to let me know I needed to go to the ER asap. My main concern is feeling unheard when I speak about my health issues. I come to my appointments prepared and genuinely seeking help, guidance, and partnership in my care.
I believe that a strong doctor–patient relationship is built on mutual respect. I will always treat my providers with respect, and I ask for that same respect in return — especially when discussing my symptoms, concerns, and treatment options.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with the more recent physicians practicing at the clinic. I’ve encountered several doctors who seem overly opinionated, rushed, and not willing to take the time to fully understand what I am going through. So far, I have seen three different doctors, and none of them have provided the level of care and attentiveness I previously received. I truly miss Dr. Wu, who has now left Providence, and I have not yet been able to find a provider who meets that same standard of care.
