Had issues with their forms in the past so I asked the young brunette receptionist to print them instead of me having to do it online, and as I stared at the printer behind her she told me she couldn't print them. She then proceeded to tell me that if I filled out a printed out form that she would have to manually input the data herself. Ok. And? Is that not your job? I've lived on this planet a while and seen a lot of nonsense, but never has a receptionist done this. Eventually some other lady there took me in a room and asked me the questions and filled out the form with/for me. The data that would be too inconvenient for the receptionist to enter? 10 yes or no questions....read full review

Great customer service, the front desk people are always there to help with your questions. Just give them a call and ask if they take your insurance and they will help you from there. Most of the time they're mostly booked So you might not get an appointment right away. But if it's an emergency they might be able to squeeze you in.

Absolutely lives up to it's name and more--Gentle dental is the best dentist I've ever been to. I'll never go anywhere else. I'm constantly amazed at how pain-free the procedures have been, how affordable it is, and especially how professional and kind the dentists and hygienists have been.This year I've had to have a crown put in, as well as a root canal and I don't think it could have gone better. If you're looking for a fantastic dentist, look no further.
