We were extremely happy with our experience! We put in a request and received a call within a few hours to schedule our appointment. They originally offered an appointment 5 days out; but when we requested an earlier appointment, due to having no heat, they scheduled us the next day early in the morning. He was here promptly & he fixed our system quickly. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the equipment to fix it. Our system is working the best it's been in quite a while and our house is the warmest it's been in over a week! The Technician Brad was super friendly and knowledgeable. Beyond helpful and full of information. I was very pleased with the timelines and service. I'm a new first-time home-buyer and paranoid about everything now. I feel much more confident in my heat pump and have added knowledge how to care for my machine.I read numerous post that indicated a bad experience with the same home warranty service and thus company. From what I experienced through AHS, these folks were courteous and timely. Communication was satisfactory and the work done by the technicians was exactly as expected. Some people can never be pleased regardless of what any company may do, and every company has a bad day. So that all saidmy 5 stars.
