Our water heater failed before bedtime and I was up early troubleshooting. It was shot so I started googling for service. I found Eclipse and called them just after 6am and a live voice answered! We set an appointment same day and the owner (Ty) called me to confirm and even offered an estimate if replacement was needed! Two techs showed up right in time (texted prior to keep me posted) and they got after it. It takes a while to drain the tank and they were careful as to avoid water dripping when removing it from our home and hauled it off when done. Lost Heat pump unit during a heat wave. Called Eclipse they came out next day ,we had a really old carrier unit ( 20+ years old) that was not worth fixing quoted new system agreed on a price and they replaced the next day. They even went extra mile and brought in a portable ac unit to use the first day. Highly Recommend them. Good service Quality work.Services: A/C system maintenance

She response quickly to any inquires we make, she is on top of sending out invoices and communicating what work will be done and when.Ty is always very responsive and thorough.Chris and Beau have installed many new HVAC units on our property this year.
