Update: This all started with an inappropriate installation of a complete HVAC system by another Hermiston HVAC contractor who didn't show much interest in making the needed corrections. Jeremy evaluated the system, identified the deficiencies, and designed a remediation. The install crew came twice, as needed, and installed Jeremy's changes. I can't say enough good about all of them. Bruce HVAC has been great to work with all around! And I want to be sure and give credit to all involved: Jeremy Kennedy, Technician Reynaldo, and Installers Kobe and Tyler. Quick response time! Sent someone within two hours of my initial call to investigate the issue and ended up fixing it while there!! The customer service was great also. I’ll definitely use their service again when its time.
