I am honestly shocked and very upset after my experience with this company. I simply called to ask a basic question about how to schedule an online appointment—something any potential client should feel comfortable doing.
Instead of receiving help, I was met with rudeness, impatience, and a completely dismissive attitude. I was told that I was “wasting their time,” which was both humiliating and completely uncalled for. I was not being difficult—I was just asking for guidance.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had trying to get my taxes prepared. This company was recommended to me by friends, which makes this situation even more disappointing.
I scheduled an online appointment in advance and was genuinely looking forward to it. However, when the time came, my call was ignored. After finally getting through, I was met with an incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude.
