Paige is outstanding and really went the extra mile to help me purchase glasses for my college student over the phone! We have been patients at River city for years and love how it’s a small feel and they really know me and my family. They really care about individual needs and help save me money by knowing billing intricacies. Highly recommend!

We have been going here for a few years and have had a great experience every time! Both the doctor and front office staff are patient and kind. It is a boutique style experience that includes a nicely designed office and a nice selection of frames to purchase. I am writing this review because of the great patience the entire staff had with my 13 yo daughter who was trying contacts for the first time. I was sure it just wasn’t going to work for her and they took their time and were soooo incredibly patient. Multiple staff members took easily a half hour working with her to support and encourage her and teach her what to do to wear contacts. I would highly recommend... read full review
