Thanks and gratitude to OCC. From the very first call, one you would wish you never had to make, I was given immediate, genuinely caring and personal attention. First by a young man at the 24-hr call desk, then by Benjamin, my Director, and his office staff. I could not ask for better service at any cost, yet this is one of the most reasonable places in our area (Portland Metro). Cannot recommend highly enough, and thank you all again. S.

Picking up my mother's ashes was an emotional experience. The office was a reflection of a calm and welcoming environment.The necessary paperwork was thoughtfully arranged for our signatures, and while my mother's ashes were being transferred to her private urn, we were kindly offered refreshments.The office staff were well-organized, respectful, and empathetic, which helped to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Oregon Cremation Company was the right choice for my family when my son died while visiting Oregon. They overcame difficulties with weather and state bureaucracy when we were far away living in South Carolina and North Carolina. When the tragic news of my son death reached us, I looked up several funeral homes and cremation services. Some were unresponsive.
