Les Schwab Tire Center

I'm disappointed that I was told the price for two things I needed and then at the end I was charged an extra $53. I asked multiple times what my tire and new alignment cost would be. I should know the final price before any work is done. This quote should include the cost of anything extra. To me that's a lot of extra money. Other than that I'm happy with the work done.

Had a nail in my tire. So I brought it in for them to patch my tire up with their “free tire repair service” they offer. They tell me they can’t fix it because my tread is too low and proceeded to pitch me new tires. Almost 600 for two. Then tried to pitch me for new alignment job as well. instead of just helping me out with a quick patching up a hole in my tire, they refuse to help and try to get me to buy all new tires.. they lost a customer. Trash location, they just salesman trying to up charge you instead of helping. Lost my business. I’ll put pics of the tire they say “too low tread”.

We were heading over the mountain pass at night and my car battery light turned on we stopped at a different Les Schwab first and got redirected to this location. They stayed open late to help us replace the battery and make sure everything was working. George, Logan and the rest of their team are life savers.

This is by far the best Les Schwab I’ve ever been to and possibly the best customer service I’ve EVER received. George got the tires I wanted, answered all questions I had and made sure I was happy when the job was finished. This place goes above and beyond. Will be coming back in the future 100%.

Would highly recommend getting your alignment done here! I’ve been going here for 4 years and Cliff the alignment tech is the best.

I had some brake work done, and unfortunately there was a issue that meant I had to come back later to finish the job.

Throughout Denny and George did a great job keeping me informed and problem solving so I could get back on the road while we waited for the part to come in. When I came back later in the week, the work was done really fast, which I appreciate.

Denny and George were great to work with and I would certainly recommend this location.

Great service. Cory kept me imformed along the way. They replaced my battery. And checked my front brakes. The waiting area was comfortable.

I punctured a tire on my car yesterday and brought it to Les Schwab Happy Valley this morning. I used this location before to purchase my tires and was always happy with the service I received. But this morning they went above and beyond what I expected!

I did not get a chance to schedule an appointment and came in as a walk-in customer. I thought I would miss a few hours of work waiting for my tire to be repaired, but I was told that my car will be ready in 60 minutes. It was ready even earlier! I also expected to be charges quite a bit more, and I was not.

I really like that Les Schwab stands behind their promises and products. It is such a rarity. Thank you very much!

Also, everyone I encountered at this office was very professional and friendly.
