We needed a 100 year old Lava Rock Wall rebuilt after it was damaged by a fallen tree. The wall was 100 ft long x 3ft high with two returns. His crew did an amazing job rebuilding the entire wall making it better than it was originally. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscape work.“

“They showed up earlier than they said they would and got right to work. They had to use a weed eater to mow the back yard, as it was waist high grass. They raked up all the lawn trimmings and bagged them, leaving them neatly stacked out front. They also mowed and took a weed eater to the front yard (which wasn't part of the initial quote) at no extra cost. Fast, efficient and professional and would definitely use this service again.“

I really appreciate their wiliness to help fix my sprinkler system from the DIY and Tree root mess that had been left me by the previous owner. I had crushed lines from roots, hidden sprinkler valve boxes, poor wiring and some very odd things in place. So glad he was able to help as well as Michael who I think came out as well. Their professionalism and know how is very apparent and while the services did cost more than originally intended it was completely warranted given the extended scope and materials required. But it was a job I could never have done on my own. I think the Precision Team was more than fair and equitable in their bid and cost. Would absolutely call again.“

“Update: Valley West has worked with us to help improve our yard. They have been very responsive and helpful in getting things in working order. Our sprinkler system is now working well and our lawn is looking better and we are better informed on how to maintain it.

We hired Valley West to redo our backyard including installing a sprinkler system. Communication started out strong so we chose to go with them. We have since had issue after issue with the sprinkler system, largely due to them not doing their due diligence and checking the water pressure prior to installation. This has led to the sod not taking root in many places despite following the limited instructions given. They were helpful at first in trying to get things fixed but as problems kept coming up they were less responsive. At this point I I am very disappointed and feel we have wasted $8,000.“
