New homeowner, lots of projects! I'd never built a rock wall before, but I had a space where I thought one would work. And I've never bought rock before! Got some direction from a pal in the know and ended up on a Saturday morning shopping for rocks. Here's what impressed me: walking around piles of rock with the Mrs. when a tractor comes up from behind, so we move out of the way. The guy driving the tractor throttles down (you know that sound a tractor makes when it goes to idle, but I don't know how to spell that sound...anyway) he stops the tractor, opens his window and asks if we're finding what we need and offers assistance. Travis and the gang here are a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and helpful. Work for a local landscape company... so look for a reason to stop by here whenever I can. Great with homeowners as well, not just connectors. ?
