I made an appointment a week out with a specific person who I had seen do beautiful nails a few weeks prior, taking off work early for the appt. When I arrived, the woman who checked me in said that I didn’t have an appt - I showed the multiple confirmation texts I had received, one from 30 minutes prior. She reassigned me to someone else - a tech who was very nice, but not very skilled. The nails I received are okay with an elementary design, but I know they have some technicians who do beautiful work.
