I called to make an appointment and haven't receive any response, so the review wouldn't be good at this moment.4/1/21, Update from previous review.The owner and I talked about the miss call and he was very sorry for not getting back to me. We tried to work on the time for me to get it, but it was to far out. He texted me about an opening that he had and that didn't fit either. Next time my dog need a groom, I will call him a few weeks ahead to schedule accordingly. I would like to give him a chance because he was pleasant to talk to and he really tried to get my dog in. I really appreciate his effort. Thank you.
Elise has been grooming my pom pups for a while now and everything she goes up and beyond the call of duty. I really appreciate them my pups always turn out perfect( and I’m picky). They also keep me updated on the progress.I am so happy I found someone with experience, close to me and decently priced!
We showed up on time to a 10AM appointment arranged via Facebook message. We had a nice chat with Elise's husband, who said at one point "she's out right now". We told him that we had a 1:30 PM appointment in Milwaukie - he said "no problem, she will be done in time". We then got a text message at 12:45: "would 1:15 finish be too late?" ... "we had to bring her to our 2nd location down the road as Elise's clipper gave out". We are not happy that our dog was taken via the groomer's car to a different location without our permission or advance notification.
