I recently started going to barre3 in happy valley and have absolutely loved it!! Everyone is so welcoming and the space is very clean. I’ve loved every workout instructor I’ve taken a class with, they’re all so intentional with their workouts and so kind to everyone in the class. I’m so glad I started coming here and will be continuing coming here for a long time!!
I love this Studio! Everyone is so friendly and supportive. As a newbie, I was being checked on by the instructor during class.This made me feel 10x more comfortable! The routines are super fun and efficient. I definitely felt a change in my body after only a couple of classes. The playlists in combination with the instructor’s positive attitude kept me going!
I tried a few different studios (not barre3's) in the area before ultimately settling on this one.
What I like: close to my office, people are friendly, instructors are welcoming, classes feel accessible, facilities are nice and clean. Bonus points for offering free toiletries that have saved me more than once! Their class structure is just slightly different from pure barre, which I actually preferred, but the people/staff at barre3 were so much more inviting that I made this my main studio.
