09/26/26. Gave Probst a 2nd chance & they did exactly as I requested . The bouquet is beautiful.
They didn't deliver on the requested date. The bouquet didn't look like their on-line picture which was one of the reasons it was chosen. I wanted the blue flowers pictured but got purple. I'm very unhappy with the overall service. I won't use them again!
I called them with a special request for my clients that just moved from Texas to Oregon and they were happy to go above and beyond to help fulfill my request! Super friendly and amazing customer service.
This was a wonderful experience trying to order flowers from across the country. For a grave is a bit challenging, and they made it a super easy process by also making sure that they had all information.I needed on hand because I ordered from them as well last year. I don't have any photos cos.I did not think that that was an option
