The lady behind the counter immediately stopped what she was doing and went above and beyond to help me.
She took the time to help me design a custom tropical flower arrangement for my daughter and had it completed in about an hour! The arrangement turned out absolutely beautiful and was perfect for her graduation that evening.

They didn't deliver on the requested date. The bouquet didn't look like their on-line picture which was one of the reasons it was chosen. I wanted the blue flowers pictured but got purple. I'm very unhappy with the overall service. I won't use them again!”
