I worked on Valentine’s Day this year, which is unusual for me since I don’t normally work Saturdays. I arrived after you had already closed, and as I was walking back to my car, you saw me and kindly invited me in through the delivery door. I originally ordered a designers choice bouquet and was aware of the substitution policy. The bouquet that was delivered was completely different than what I had expected. I called the store and explained the situation. I was honestly just calling to get some clarification about the wording on their website and ask about the stark difference between what I ordered and what was delivered. They were very kind and understanding. At the end of the conversation, they offered to send a second bouquet that was closer to what I had expected, at no cost to me.
