We had interviewed several other contractors but went with Nate because of his upbeat and positive attitude. He took the time to answer our questions clearly and honestly. Everything we discussed was included in his bid, which was quickly presented to us shortly after our first meeting with him.
Once the project was underway, there were no surprises. Nate would make regular visits to check up on the progress of how things were coming along and to discuss with us any questions we might have. He also made it a point of keeping us on track for meeting our project deliverables like tile, paint, bath fixtures and lighting selections so that there wouldn’t be any down time or delays, meeting the project timeline. He and his team completed the project as discussed on time and budget. I was very impressed with Nate’s network of people he used on our project. The cabinet maker, tile layer and painter were all top notch in their craft. We are very pleased with the end result. We would recommend Nu View construction for any remodeling projects.“

“Josh and his team are the best and I could not recommend them more highly! Professional, great communication, fair pricing, hard-working, respectful, and excellent craftsmanship. I reached out to Josh after getting into a real mess with another contractor, which means when they entered the picture I was already completely stressed and overwhelmed and in over my head. But I explained my situation to Josh and despite me being so completely overwhelmed by it, he was not daunted by it at all. He stepped in and took over the project, reassuring me many times that they would not only fix everything and make it to code but also make it look beautiful. And they did! I finally have a beautiful(!) new deck and a new door in my garage that I know is structurally safe as well as functional. I honestly did not think I would ever be able to put this behind me, but thanks to Josh and his team, I finally can. Also... when some *complications* in the form of extensive dry-rot was discovered, Josh gently (haha, made sure I was sitting down on my paddleboard first) broke the news to me and reassured me that they would take care of that as well and do so at a reasonable price - which they did. Again, professional and great communication - and again saved the day for me.

“Brendan redid our 1980's era bath. When you're in the house while remodeling it's good to have someone you are comfortable with and Brendan is an affable guy. He is also an excellent fabricator: the fit of the tub surround and the floor, despite the tub nook's lack of square the floor's many nooks and projections, were excellently done. He also recreated the front of the vanity, cutting new doors and drawerfronts. Brendan can be relied on to make decision for you that are appropriate - he picked the paint sheen, replaced electrical outlets that were outdated etc. His paint prep and execution were excellent as well. We are happy with the result!“

The permitting process and build was handled very professionally. Butch was a strong negotiator but always followed through on every promise.“

“Prior to hiring Northwest Renovation my front porch on my 1906 four-square was sagging due to its age and long-term water damage. Justin was the only company that provided me with a reasonable quotation to fix the problem areas with the porch. Two other companies suggested quoted for replacing the entire porch. I'm very happy with the quality and cost of his work. I will hire him again. I seldom give out 5 stars, but my porch looks great now thanks to them.“

“I have worked with Jolley Construction for the last 2 years on my bank owned properties. They do a amazing and very professional job on my bank owned poperties. After reading some of these responses I do not think people realize that with bank owned property we as agents and contractors go in and ask for certain things to be fixed. Those requests are ultimately the banks decision. Some banks choose to make those repairs but want the lowest amount to fix them. As an agent there have been many things I felt needed to be fixed but Jolley or I were not allowed to fix them. People purchasing bank homes do take a chance that not everything will be fixed. That is why bank owned properties are sold as is seller to do no repairs. I have worked with other contractors and Jolley has been the best that I have worked with!“
