While filling out the necessary paperwork when it got tough for us she would change the subject and talk about the city of Florence. It gave us time to regain our composure so then we could work on paperwork again. We also had some mobility problems with one of my family members, and Karen quickly adapted, and brought tables and chairs closer to the entrance for us. Again, she cared for us like her own. In this hard time Karen went above and beyond. We appreciated it more than she could know.“
