I wasn't able to contact anyone about the 1 (single) appointment I did book to cancel it because of an emergency, so yes, your booking system is crap and you have terrible service.

Don't know where to begin.. What the other Dissatisfied customers were saying on the reviews is exactly the same experience I had. Horrible scheduling, does not answer phone calls or messages, double booked me with another regular client and then no showed!!! I was so appalled by all of this I actually called Groupon and got my money credited back thanks Groupon.

Sadly, I am very disappointed in this place. I bought a groupon for three spa shellac manicures or pedicures, and made appointments for a friend and I to cash in on 2 of them. After making my appointment, I received an email from someone I presumed to be from Phalanges (the email address was from hotmail and the email wasn't signed), asking "Is [sic] the appointments you just make [sic] for two separate people? [sic] with two separate groupon's?" I responded back, letting them know that the appointments were for two separate people with one groupon, assuming if there was an issue I would get a reply. I hadn't heard anything back, so I called in and left a message, asking to be called back, and never received a call back. I showed up with my friend for our appointments and was immediately told that my groupon could only be used for me, and that my friend would have to pay $40+ out of pocket for her manicure. I asked if there was any way for me to give my appointment to my friend, as I was intending to treat her for her birthday, but I was told that wasn't possible, the groupon could only be used on me. Wynter explained that the fine print stated this stipulation (I read the fine print and it was vague at best), and there had been so much confusion over the terms, they had stopped selling that particular deal. I asked if any exceptions could be made and was shot down immediately in a very rude manner. I understand that Wynter has the right to do whatever she feels is right with her business, absolutely. She already has my money from the groupon, so it probably wasn't much of a loss to her when my friend and I walked out on her without staying for our appointments. Not a great way to build customer loyalty though. I will never waste my money there again. What a disappointment.
