I arrived 30 min early to set up the table for moms service. The staff greeted me, were very pleasant, professional and compassionate.My observations are as follows...The set up of chairs were covered by an ugly, fur like material that was 30+ years old, the same material was used to cover the box that covered the hole for the urn box.The small amount of dirt from the hole, was in 2 buckets with a role of artificial turf draped over it, looked very tacky, the whole presentation was not professional in appearance and obviously needs an update.
