United Rentals - Climate Solutions

United Rentals is the only service we will be recommending from now on! Isaac Eads was instrumental in finding the right cooling solution that saved thousands of dollars in perishable inventory. He quickly identified and explained all possible options, gave expert advice on hook-up requirements, and personally delivered a 5 ton portable water-cooled air conditioner the same day we spoke on the phone.

Isaac’s quick service saved the day. Without his guidance, not only would inventory have gone bad, but other coolers/refrigerators in the market may have failed. While renting the unit, Isaac was always happy to answer questions, and his rapid response time was unparalleled.

I had an outstanding experience working with Isaac Eads. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on understanding my needs rather than simply making a sale. Isaac took the time to explain the options, answer every question, and make sure I had the right solution for the job.

His communication, follow-through, and attention to detail really stood out. He made the entire sales process straightforward and stress-free while delivering exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend Isaac Eads to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused sales professional. Five stars all the way!
