Very clean and professional, while still being relaxing and welcoming. Natalie obviously really knows her anatomy, and was able to help me out of a really TIGHT spot (... in my back) ! Fair price for the amount of time and effort that she puts in. Will absolutely be back!
Chad can read the body very well and feel exactly what areas need to be worked on. I usually have him work on my shoulders, back and neck for an hour. I always leave feeling better physically and mentally! Highly recommended!
I have had a shoulder that was stiff and painful for 4 months, could barely raise my arm to put it on the steering wheel when I was driving. I rested it, iced it, heated it and used a TENS unit. It just was not getting better. Yesterday I spent an hour with Chad working on it and today my pain is down to almost nothing and I can raise my arm past my shoulder pretty easily.
