I love this clinic. Scheduling appointments online is easy. They are open 7 days a week and have many appointments available. Office staff, assistants and Veterinarians are all so professional, pleasant, helpful etc. The staff clearly are happy at work because there is a cohesion and cheerfulness which is noticeable and appreciated. When I need something outside the appointment to be sent to me I get it quickly. I’d give this clinic the highest rating.
Great customer service. Got my sweet girl in quickly for an ear infection! They provided me with an estimate before any services were done; just a little pricey. Overall, great experience.
We have a pit bull mix that we took with on us on our honeymoon to Depoe Bay because he hadn’t been feeling good and one morning we had woken up and his sickness had gotten worse to the point he didn’t want to stand up and could barely breathe. We called all the vets close and no one would see him. We called Ark explained our situation and they were so caring and told us to come in asap and provided us with helpful information and got our dog the care he needed. Appreciate their service they are very helpful and listen to your concerns.
